About
Established as a not for profit agency in 2020; The Cream of the Crop is part of Amateur Athletic Union Canada (AAUC). The organization has a vision of a community whereby marginalized youth at risk, work to acquire specific skill sets to progress into University and College.

Our programs are strongly rooted in academic development and life-skill enhancement with the goal that our youth will use their acquired skills to positively contribute to the community at large.
The mandate of the organization is to promote a level playing field for all athletes that every athlete has an equal opportunity to advance to post-secondary; regardless of their social or economic status. We are inclusive of all socio-economic, religious, ethnic backgrounds. We encourage self-reliance, understanding and effective communication between generations and cultures through the delivery of specialized programs designed to empower marginalized youth, and inform their family, educators and employers of the dynamics required to support their successful reintegration and contribution to their communities.
Cream of the Crop has successfully delivered 6 programs per year with the goal of expanding to 1 per month; provincial wide and across Western Canada. To achieve this goal we have partnered with schools & universities, private donors, corporate sponsorships, communities, Indigenous Bands, Churches, and alike.
Therefore, we rely on sponsorship and fundraising in order to continue our programming and support those in need.
Mission
Our philosophy is “No Child Left Behind” which means we accept athletes from all backgrounds with no discrimination and for those who cannot afford to pay for high caliber athletic training.
